A Steelcase representative will be at the University front desk to meet the group as early as 11:30a, so the attendees are welcome to show up anytime between 11:30-12:00.

We will register each guest individually and be checking their I.D. upon arrival (standard protocol for visitors), which is why there will be some time on the front end.

Lunch: is served in the University Café as early as 11:30 so the early comers will be able to go get lunch right away.

Lunch will be an unstructured time for small group conversations but the large group tour of the WorkLab will start at 12:45.

Expect to be out of there by 1:30p.

Each guest will purchase an “ala carte” lunch pass for $10.99 per person which will allow them to choose what they would like from the café.

Lunch at the University Café typically includes a sandwich, choice of hot dishes (usually a fish and a chicken or pork), with sides such as rice, veggies, two soups to choose from, dessert, fruit, a cold case with yogurt and some juices and a traditional salad bar. There is also a Pepsi fountain machine. With the ala carte lunch pass, you may help yourself to whatever is on the menu.

There is a limit of 40 people and we will need a count by Wednesday, April 29 (food quantity and space planning).
